Some GPs are able to extend bulk billing to:

Children under 5 years of age
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
DVA Gold Card holders
DVA White Card holders (for their approved conditions)

Some GPs may offer a concession rate to:

Valid Pension Card holders
Valid Health Care Card holders

The GPs consulting from Rutledge are mindful that healthcare costs can be challenging for some families. Each doctor determines their own billing approach in order to continue providing high-quality, patient-centred care while meeting the rising costs of running an independent medical practice.
