Emma Matthews is a nurse practitioner and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with Capital Diabetes Collective, and has lived experience of type 1 diabetes. She sees children, adolescents and adults with all types of diabetes, and their families and carers, from new diagnosis through to long-term management.

- Diabetes education tailored to your goals
- Insulin pumps, including starting and fine-tuning pump therapy (she is a certified trainer for every insulin pump brand in Australia)
- Continuous glucose monitoring
- Ongoing diabetes care, including pathology, referrals and prescriptions where needed
Qualifications: Bachelor of Nursing (University of Canberra), Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education and Management (Deakin), Master of Nurse Practitioner (La Trobe). Medicare rebates may apply.
