Book a mental health care plan
This is a standard appointment with a GP. Your GP talks with you about how you have been feeling and, if suitable, prepares a Mental Health Treatment Plan. You can ask for a referral to see a psychologist and may be able to claim a Medicare rebate for your sessions.
